From the moment of arrival, the exceptional service provided by Ahmed Assem at the reception stood out, as he effortlessly resolved any issues and ensured our early check-in was seamless. the hotel's beach, with its sandy expanse and attentive housekeeping staff, offered a picturesque setting for relaxation and exploration. the attention to detail extended to the room, where I found the ironing facilities and air conditioning to be in perfect working order, contributing to a comfortable and hassle-free experience. the presence of tea and coffee facilities added a touch of homeliness, while the mini-bar was stocked with a variety of refreshing beverages. the serene garden, adorned with palm trees and vibrant flowers, provided a tranquil retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of archaeological discoveries.
